Employment is with the Research Foundation of SUNY, a private, nonprofit, educational corporation that administers sponsored program activity for the University at Albany.

Description of Duties:   The Research Foundation of SUNY, a private, nonprofit educational corporation that administers sponsored program activity for the University at Albany, seeks applicants for the position of Time and Attendance Clerk. Reporting to the Human Resources Associate, the incumbent's duties will include: compiling, reviewing, processing time reports, leave accruals and usage; serving as back-up to secretary; sorting, stuffing and distributing payroll checks; along with communicating to employees, administrators and supervisors on time, attendance and leave accrual related issues.

 

Minimum Qualifications:   A high school diploma; thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; demonstrated customer service, and time management skills; ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain confidential information. Applicants must address their ability to work with culturally diverse people.

 

Preferred Qualifications:  Prior work experience with time, attendance and leave accruals.
