State employees should enter the information requested below to report a
change of address or they may use the self-service feature on myUAlbany.
Research Foundation employees should go to the following URL: http://hr.albany.edu/content/SF_Address_Form.doc to download the Research Foundation's Address/Emergency Contact Form. The change of address information
will be transmitted to the appropriate staff in the Office of Human Resources
Management to change your permanent address on your personnel and payroll
records. If you are a member of a retirement system other than the Employees'
Retirement System (ERS), you will need to contact the Benefits area at 437-4700
to request the appropriate change of address form. ERS members can change
their address by going to the following URL on the State Comptroller's web site: http://www.osc.state.ny.us/retire/contactusinfo/changeofaddress.htm.
You will also need to contact your union to notify them of your address
change. Contact information for the respective unions can be obtained by
going to the list of union web sites on our
Links to Other Sites page. Students, including student employees, should
change their address through the self-service feature on myUAlbany
and not through this page.
