Welcome to the Payroll Section of
Human Resources Management

The Payroll Office is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of all State employees of the University at Albany including faculty, staff and students.  Use the links to the left to find pay schedules, direct deposit forms and other important payroll information.

Beginning Fall 2007, we launched a new Student Employment Site to be used exclusively for hourly Student Assistant job postings and on-line hires (https://albany-hr.studentemployment.nelnet.net).  Employers must request a login through the site’s On-Campus Employers page to be able to post positions. All currently registered students can view job postings and apply on-line through MyUAlbany.  A User’s Guide is available on the site or you can contact studentemployment@uamail.albany.edu to request training.

 

Student Check Distribution:

Student Assistants and Work-study students can pick up their checks at the Campus Center Information Desk from 10am – 12pm on paydays only.  Checks are available at all other times at UAB 300.  A drop box is located in CC B52 to collect student timesheets.

 

Regular Office Hours:  8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Summer Office Hours:  May 19 – August 15

                                      8:00 am – 4:00pm

Directions to UAB:

By bus from uptown campus- take CDTA #11 from Science Library to CVS on Western (about 100 yds after leaving campus).  UAB is across the street at 1215 Western Ave.  Trip takes less than three minutes.

 

By bus from downtown campus – take CDTA #10 or #11 to 1215 Western Ave.

 

By car – from University Drive East, take the access road between the Police Dept. and the baseball field to the UAB lots.
