UAlbany Students: Below are links to individually posted student job opportunities as well as to campus employers’ vacancy sites (which contain non-student positions as well). These positions are typically for Graduate Assistantships; unpaid internships or campus employers other than the University. Hourly Student Assistant opportunities can be found by accessing the Student Assistant Jobs link on MyUAlbany under Student Job Opportunities (You must be registered and have a STUDENT email address to access the site). Students who have accepted Federal Work-study awards will have access to a separate link on MyUAlbany.

UAlbany Employers: There are two sites to post student employment opportunities. Links to both sites are available to students on MyUAlbany.

·         For hourly Student Assistant (SA) positions beginning Fall 2007 you are required to utilize the new Student Employment site to post and hire (https://albany-hr.studentemployment.nelnet.net). Employers must request a login through the site’s On-Campus Employers page to be able to post positions. A User’s Guide is available on the site or you can contact studentemployment@uamail.albany.edu to request training.

·         For all other student positions, the Office of Human Resources Management has developed this site to aggregate links to UAlbany student employment opportunities. This site contains links to individually posted opportunities as well as to campus employers’ vacancy sites. Departments are encouraged to utilize the site to post Graduate Assistant opportunities or other non-SA openings. To request that your student advertisement be posted here, send ad as an attachment to email to Job Postings.
