All NYS Employees:  A highly interactive workshop that allows participants to experience approaches for encouraging respect and teamwork.  Learn strategies for re-directing offensive jokes, slurs, and comments heard in the workplace.

Shifting Attitudes – Part II.  NCBI

 

 

 

 

This one day program is designed to provide individuals with skills to resolve or lessen controversial issues and inter group conflict.  You will be given methodologies and techniques to enhance listening to entrenched positions on both sides of an issue and then reframe issues taking into account both sides.  This model can be used to help people enhance their mediation skills, as well as, get a better understanding on how to work in a respectful manner.
