Employee Motivation 9a - noon |
This course is designed to
assist managers, supervisors, and team leaders in how to effectively motivate
all staff. Participants will perform
an assessment in order to become self-aware of their leadership role in the
motivation process. Development,
validation, and involvement will also be explored in-depth with relation to
Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Finally,
each participant will develop an action plan by applying the strategies they
have learned. |

Business Execution 9a - noon |
This course is designed for
all staff that can affect change via the smallest to the largest initiatives,
including new work processes. Business
Execution is about leadership, empowering staff, and ultimately, keeping your
initiative(s) alive to see completion.
Staff that participate in this course will learn how to improve
organizational performance by focusing on creating a positive goal-oriented
environment. Participants will also
learn practical skills such as the affinity diagram, which is an
idea-generating tool. The four
components of Business Execution will be covered in depth, and participants
will analyze multiple case studies. |
