Description of Duties:

Provide clerical assistance in managing all financial aspects of assigned grants and contracts. Duties include: providing assistance with the preparation and review of payment documentation; processing vendor payments; processing transfer requests; maintenance and archival of account files; photocopying and filing of account and payment documentation; responding to inquiries from sponsors, vendors, project staff, or administrative office staff.


Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma and three years clerical experience. The successful candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; have strong organizational and communication skills; and have experience with Microsoft Office or an equivalent software suite. Applicants must address in their applications their ability to work with a culturally diverse population.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sponsored funds administration and Oracle applications is highly desirable.
