Description of Duties: Provide clerical assistance in managing all financial aspects of assigned grants and contracts. Duties include: providing assistance with the preparation and review of payment documentation; processing vendor payments; processing transfer requests; maintenance and archival of account files; photocopying and filing of account and payment documentation; responding to inquiries from sponsors, vendors, project staff, or administrative office staff.
High School diploma and three years clerical experience. The successful candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; have strong organizational and communication skills; and have experience with Microsoft Office or an equivalent software suite.
