Description of Duties:

Provide clerical assistance with the management of all payroll charges against grants and contracts. Duties include reviewing forms, checking account balances, processing labor distribution forms, review hourly timesheets for allowable dates and account information, opening daily mail, copying and filing.


Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma and three years clerical experience. The successful candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; have strong organizational and communication skills; and have experience with Microsoft Office or an equivalent software suite. Applicants must address in their applications their ability to work with a culturally diverse population.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sponsored funds administration and Oracle applications is highly desirable.
