The Center for International Development (CID) seeks the full-time
services of a Senior Legislative Technical Specialist (SLTS) for a
USAID-funded project to assist the parliament of Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree. Political acumen and cultural sensitivity. Proficiency in English. Excellent communication skills (e-mail, telephone, reports, public speaking). Excellent team building skills. Knowledge of USAID and other types of multi- and bilateral donor rules and
regulations. Experience working in a legislative body. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the implementation of legislative strengthening programs, especially in Muslim nations. Experience in Proficiency in Afghan languages. |
