  • The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities is a university-affiliated resource center that provides evidence-based training and support to families and professionals. CARD Albany serves a diverse population of families, educators, and community professionals, locally and statewide
  • Due to program expansion, CARD Albany is currently seeking qualified individuals to develop and deliver education and training programs in the area of autism and related disabilities and to provide technical assistance and consultation using evidence-based models of practice
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field from a college or university accredited by a USDOE or internationally recognized accrediting organization required; Master’s degree preferred; over 3 years experience working with children with developmental disabilities required; comprehensive knowledge of developmental disabilities including education issues, intervention approaches, and positive behavior support required; applicants must address in their applications their ability to work with culturally diverse populations; ability to travel extensively throughout New York State required; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power Point required; excellent oral and written communication skills required
