 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Two years of experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled tradesman or completion of an appropriate two-year technical school course.  Candidates are expected to be qualified to use negative pressure respirators.   Federal law and regulations require notice to all prospective employees regarding crimes that have occurred on campus in the current three year period. OPERATING NEEDS:

Valid NYS Driver's License
Ability to work at heights (with proper training) preferred
