Assistant/Associate
Professor in Environmental Health Sciences. Environmental
Health Sciences faculty are engaged in a broad range of laboratory- and
field-based environmental science research, which offers opportunities for
collaborative research in molecular epidemiology. The Department is closely associated with
the |
Candidates
must have a doctorate in environmental and/or occupational health sciences,
environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, or a closely related
discipline, and have either an ongoing externally-funded research program or
the potential to establish one. The
candidate is expected to have interest and competency for teaching in at
least three of the following: exposure assessment, risk assessment, dose
response assessment, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and safety,
community-based environmental and occupational health interventions, and
hazardous waste management. Applicants
must submit a curriculum vitae, a summary of research and teaching interests,
and a list of at least three references. The applicant’s doctoral degree must
be from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of
Education or an internationally recognized accrediting organization.

instruct a culturally diverse population. |
