To receive full
consideration, candidates will have an earned doctorate from a research-level
university accredited by a US DOE or internationally recognized accrediting
organization, evidence of successful administrative and academic leadership
experience; and teaching experience within a college setting. The
successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate an ability to work
collaboratively with various internal and external constituencies.
Eligible for a qualified (non-tenure track) faculty appointment; strong
management and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to work well with
administration, faculty and students of a wide variety of disciplines;
experience in running meetings, setting agendas, and coordinating notes from
meetings; very strong communication skills in both oral and written forms;
previous job experience in student advisement; commitment to increasing the
participation of women in technology across a variety of disciplines; strong
web development skills; previous supervisory experience of students and
